Optimale Vorbereitung auf deine Behandlung mit Injectables: Ein zeitlicher Leitfaden

Optimal preparation for your treatment with injectables: A time guide

Treatment with injectables requires not only medical expertise from the treating physician, but also careful preparation by the patient. Here, you'll learn how to optimally prepare for specific treatments in the days leading up to your appointment to achieve the best possible results.

7 days before treatment

Medications and skin care : One week before your appointment, you should avoid taking any blood-thinning medications. These include aspirin, St. John's wort, vitamin E, fish oil, ginkgo biloba, and ginseng, as these can increase the risk of bruising. You should also avoid exfoliating skincare products such as vitamin C, retinol, or scrubs to prevent skin irritation during the injection.

7 to 3 days before treatment

Health check : If you notice an infection or rash in the treatment area, please contact us immediately. If you have acute symptoms such as fever, a cold, or a gastrointestinal infection, it is advisable to reschedule your appointment to avoid complications.

24 hours before treatment

Rules of conduct the day before the procedure:

  • Avoid alcohol : Avoid alcohol as it increases blood flow and can therefore increase the risk of bruising.

  • Natural appearance : If possible, come to your appointment without makeup so that the areas to be treated are clean and free of any possible impurities.

  • For Morpheus-8 treatment : If you are having facial treatment, make sure you are freshly shaved to ensure a smooth and safe application.
