After many years at German university hospitals, he increasingly focused on natural facial aesthetics, specifically on non-surgical procedures that can preserve the youthful attractiveness of the face without scarring and with minimal risk.

As a passionate dermatologist and nutritional medicine specialist, Anne is one of the leading experts in inflammatory facial dermatoses, aesthetic dermatology, and laser medicine. She consistently pursues holistic treatment approaches, combining the latest scientific findings with lifestyle intervention principles.

She has just completed her habilitation thesis on the topic of "The Influence of Diet on Acne and Rosacea." She leads a clinical research team, is a sought-after speaker at international conferences, and the author of numerous scientific publications in high-profile journals. She also writes articles on dermatological topics for VOGUE, ELLE, AD, and Süddeutsche Zeitung, among others.

Dr. Victoria Hoffmeister

Victoria is a passionate plastic surgeon and anti-aging expert. She brings exceptional expertise in the field of minimally invasive facial rejuvenation using biostimulators, fillers, and neurotoxins. In addition to her practical work, she has been leading medical workshops as a global trainer for several years, sharing her knowledge with colleagues. In addition to her medical experience, we are delighted to welcome Victoria as an exceptionally friendly and empathetic addition to our medical team.

Dr. Konstantin Frank

With extensive international clinical training, Konstantin is considered one of the world's leading experts in modern aesthetic surgery and minimally invasive procedures. As a renowned scientist and author of over 200 peer-reviewed publications and books, he has made crucial contributions to the understanding of the functional and aesthetic anatomy of the face. We are proud to welcome Konstantin to our team – not only for his expertise, but also for his loyalty and warmth. He will help shape the future of surgery in Munich and set new standards in training at LVATE.

Dr. Surina Frey

She completed her specialist training at the University Hospital of Munich, with a special focus on chronic inflammatory skin diseases such as neurodermatitis and acne.

In aesthetic facial medicine, she places particular emphasis on long-lasting results that preserve individual radiance. Her clear, minimalist approach to skincare also shapes her work: honest advice, evidence-based treatments, and a focus on a healthy and harmonious complexion.

Surina is a specialist in dermatology.

Dr. Marie Bausch

Nach ihrer Facharztausbildung am Universitätsklinikum Frankfurt durchlief Marie 2024 die LVATE Academy und wurde unter der Leitung von Dr. Lukas Kohler intensiv eingearbeitet. Seitdem liegt ihr Fokus ganz auf der Gesichtsästhetik und minimalinvasiven Behandlungen – und sie ist ein fester Bestandteil unseres Münchner Teams.

Aktuell befindet sich Marie in Elternzeit. Wir freuen uns sehr darauf, sie anschließend wieder bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen.

Marie ist Fachärztin für Anästhesiologie und Intensivmedizin.

Dr. Philine von Spiegel

Als passionierte Fachärztin für Hals-Nasen-Ohrenheilkunde gilt ihr medizinisches Interesse seit jeher der Anatomie und Ästhetik des Gesichts. Dieser Fokus prägte ihren Werdegang über Stationen in der Mund-Kiefer-Gesichtschirurgie der Charité Berlin bis hin zum Universitätsklinikum Hamburg-Eppendorf und der Plastischen Chirurgie in London.

Durch ihre wissenschaftliche Arbeit zur Anwendung von Botulinumtoxin verfügt sie über ein tiefgreifendes Verständnis für präzise, minimalinvasive Behandlungsansätze. Bei LVATE verbindet sie diese anatomische Expertise mit ihrer Spezialisierung auf die Gesichtsästhetik, um natürliche Ergebnisse und ästhetische Harmonie auf höchstem Niveau zu vereinen.

Dr. Sophie Speiser, M.Sc.

In addition to her medical and business studies in Krems and London, Sophie has researched and worked at renowned clinics in Germany, Switzerland, the UK, and Australia. At UCL, she published numerous articles on facial symmetry and received awards for her scientific work. Her exceptional sense of natural aesthetics and her consistently professional yet friendly manner make her an ideal partner for us.

Shokooh Firoozfar

As a trained medical esthetician and beauty expert, Shokooh knows exactly how a radiant complexion and optimal skin quality can determine our well-being.

Together with our Medical Director Dr. Lukas Kohler, she develops treatment concepts that use intensive energy and our highly effective devices to ensure lastingly improved results.

Jackie Asaro

Jackie Asaro has been working in the beauty industry for over 15 years. A trained beautician, she developed a passion for her profession at a very early age. Jackie ran her own cosmetic institute for many years and now shares her knowledge and experience as a skincare trainer and beauty expert in renowned hotels, including the Lanserhof and the spa at the Andaz Munich. She develops treatment concepts for various beauty brands and provides training courses on all aspects of skincare and wellness.

Jackie combines state-of-the-art and efficient skincare with our facial treatments for healthy and radiant skin—paired with maximum relaxation and a guaranteed sense of well-being.

Alena Hampel

Alena brings international experience and a special passion for holistic skin health to LVATE. Raised in the USA, she studied nursing there, developing a deep understanding of medicine and a caring, empathetic approach to people. Upon returning to Germany, she consciously chose to train in medical cosmetics—a step that ideally combines her medical expertise with her passion for aesthetics.

At LVATE, Alena stands for precision, empathy, and a keen sense for individual skin needs. She considers not just the skin, but the person as a whole – and guides our guests with passion and expertise on their journey to healthy, radiant skin.
