INITIAL SURGICAL CONSULTATION

In a detailed consultation, we analyze your individual ear shape and facial proportions. Together, we discuss the desired contour, possible techniques, and the expected result. We emphasize naturalness – no standard solution, but rather a personalized concept. Your specialist in aesthetic surgery also considers the projection of the auricle and its lateral position in relation to the head.

INFORMATION ABOUT THE PROCEDURE

Ear correction is performed on an outpatient basis under local anesthesia, or, if desired, under sedation. Through a small incision behind the ear, the cartilage is reshaped and stabilized. The new position of the ear is precisely fixed to create a harmonious distance from the head. The procedure typically takes one to one and a half hours.

AFTER THE SURGERY

After the operation, a bandage will be applied to protect the new shape. We recommend wearing a headband for the first few nights to help stabilize the result. Careful postoperative care is important: Postoperative swelling and minor discomfort can be effectively managed with pain medication. You will generally be able to resume your normal social activities after just a few days. The fine scars will be barely visible later on.
